ERM Enterprise Risk & Opportunity Manager – f/m

Responsibilities

• Ensure the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) system remains a best-in-class capability for the Group
• Enhance the ERM system as a strategic asset to help Airbus navigate challenges and capture opportunities
• Ensure risk management framework is robust, digitalized, and embedded in operational decision-making
• Support the continuous improvement of the ERM process
• Act as a 'critical friend' to the business, challenging teams on risk assessments
• Synthesize complex risk data into clear, actionable insights for the Finance Committee, Top Management, and Board of Directors
• Animate the global ERM network, breaking down silos and sharing best practices across divisions

Qualifications

• At least 10 years of experience in Finance with a specialization in Risk Management
• Fluent level in English is required
