Our Lyon office is looking for an Ergonomist to support a major pharmaceutical client with technical assistance. Activities include prevention of risks, improvement of working conditions, and integration of ergonomics into industrial projects. Travel to several sites is required.

Vos missions

• Prevention & improvement of working conditions: conduct ergonomic analyses of workstations, identify risks related to musculoskeletal disorders, fatigue, physical and mental load, propose concrete improvement solutions, and follow up actions to measure effectiveness.
• Ergonomie & projects industriels: collaborate with production, HSE and engineering teams; integrate ergonomic principles in design, modification or implementation of equipment and workspaces; optimize work organisation and operational flows.
• Animation & accompagnement terrain: lead the ergonomic approach on site, participate in operational routines and health, safety and performance projects, raise awareness, train and support teams on good ergonomic practices.
• Analyse & reporting: perform risk assessments, ergonomic mapping, field analyses; produce reports, indicators and recommendations; support managers in implementing action plans.

Profil

• Specialised training in ergonomics.
• Experience in industrial environment with a preference for pharmaceutical.
• Expertise in musculoskeletal risk prevention and work situation analysis.
• Experience in managing industrial projects integrating ergonomic concerns.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, autonomy, strong on-site presence.
• Good written communication and proficiency with Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams).
