Equity Listing Analyst Intern

Join us as an Equity‑Listing Analyst Intern!

We’re seeking a results‑driven intern to join our Primary Market team in Paris, ideally starting July 2026. The intern will report to the Listing Sales Manager.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily equity capital markets activity and provide sharp insights and market trends.
• Benchmark recent transactions, valuation metrics, and post‑IPO performance.
• Assist the origination team in preparing client pitches and coverage meetings.
• Identify and qualify potential prospects and investors to support origination and deal execution efforts.
• Produce focused analyses on key verticals.
• Maintain and enhance internal Excel databases and analytical models supporting origination and market follow‑up.

Qualifications

• Final or penultimate year student from a university, business or engineering school, with strong academic credentials.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Fluent in French and excellent level of English (oral and written).
• Previous internship/position in financial markets (e.g. equity or debt capital markets) or corporate finance.
• Team spirit.
• Outside‑the‑box thinking.
• Good proficiency in financial databases (e.g. Factset, Bloomberg) and very strong MS Excel and PowerPoint skills.
