Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with Central and Eastern European clients, particularly institutional and distribution partners.
• Promote and sell a comprehensive array of Equity Derivative products, including QIS, Autocallables, Index, and Structured Notes.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to provide tailored solutions that meet client needs.
• Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets while contributing to the wider success of our client's team.

Essential Skills and Expertise

• Sales Skills: A proven track record of building client relationships and achieving targets within the Equity Derivatives space.
• Product Knowledge: Extensive experience with Equity Derivative products such as QIS, Autocallables, Index, and Structured Notes.
• Market Focus: In-depth understanding of the Central and Eastern European financial markets.
• Experience: 5-12 years of relevant experience in Equity Derivatives Sales.
