Equity admission officer

Within the PMCS department, the equity admission team (located in Oslo, Amsterdam, Dublin and Paris) handles admission processes (IPOs, direct listings, private placements, etc.) in all Euronext markets, and works to improve and harmonise admission procedures. The team also supports sales and educates internal and external stakeholders (legal advisers, banks, etc.) on Euronext rules, existing regulations and technical possibilities.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and attend kick‑off meetings with C‑level management of companies considering admission to an Euronext market.
• Assess companies applying for an initial admission of equity securities and execute the transaction under the supervision of the Equity Admission Managers—performing legal and compliance due diligence, analysing the financial situation, business model, identifying risks and mitigation strategies, examining transaction structure, and validating post‑trade aspects.
• Manage project tasks, prepare presentations and deliver regular reports to senior management.
• Collaborate closely with the rest of the Equity Admission team and work under the supervision of the Head of Equity Admission.
