EPM functional manager H/F

For a few years, GEODIS has initiated a wide transformation program of its Finance Function, defined a new performance management model and deployed Oracle Cloud Fusion EPM solution. In the context of the move to run of the EPM, we are recruiting an EPM functional manager within GEODIS group controlling team.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in GEODIS Financial Transformation by contributing to EPM evolutions and other projects (Power BI, S4 Hana, acquisitions integration).
  • Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their financial reporting requirements and translate them into EPM system functional specifications.
  • Contribute to design the evolutions with EPM Global Product Owner and Line of Business Product Owners.
  • Coordinate testing activities of new features, mobilise and support users involved in evolution tests.
  • Contribute to / manage other projects related to GEODIS Financial Digital Transformation (new companies integrations).
  • Ensure EPM data quality support and functional administration.
  • Ensure that end-to-end process is in place and controls done to secure transactional and meta data quality in the EPM.
  • Support TMS flow integration and controls.
  • Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance to ensure the accuracy and reliability of EPM reports and data. Support monthly closing controls performed by EPM users.
  • Ensure consistency of KPIs within the different group systems.
  • Contribute to monthly meeting on lessons learnt and follow-up action plans.
  • Maintain functional documentation of the EPM.
  • Contribute to improve user adoption of the EPM tool through change management, training, communication and user support.
  • Animate EPM community of champions, communicate on EPM updates and evolutions to users.
  • Maintain and enrich EPM training documentation, lead EPM trainings and coach trainers to ensure efficient utilisation of EPM.
  • Maximise benefits from the EPM tool by developing / maintaining know how on the solution (good practices sharing, FAQ, tips & tricks...).
  • Gather feedbacks from users on their EPM experience. Review EPM usage statistics and propose actions to improve user experience and adoption of EPM tool.
  • Support EPM champions.
  • Lead communication and collaboration around support process for functional side with IT and business teams.
  • Lead continuous improvement actions.

Qualifications

  • Master's degree (BAC+5) from a Business School or Engineering School with experience in Finance.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in business controlling/finance and performance management.
  • Knowledge and appetite for digital products and data.
  • Experience in collaborating with IT teams.
  • Ability to work in an international organization with several Lines of Business and Regions.
  • Strong teamwork, communication and collaboration skills / change management.
  • Continuous problem-solving ability.
  • Knowledge of Oracle EPM would be a plus.
  • Knowledge of Power BI would be a plus.
  • Knowledge of S4 Hana would be a plus.
  • Fluent in English.
