Epitaxy Engineer - GaN/WBG Power Devices

MAC-ERCI International is seeking an experienced engineer to lead the development and optimisation of epitaxial growth processes for nitride-based power semiconductor devices. You will work within the Advanced Materials team, collaborating with process engineering and device design to deliver robust epitaxial solutions.

The role requires hands-on experience with MOCVD/MOVPE, a strong analytical mindset and the ability to operate in a multidisciplinary, international environment.
