Environment, Health and Safety Manager

• 1. Develop, implement and continuously improve Safety (EHS) and Loss Prevention (LP) policies and procedures for Cainiao's business operations in France, ensuring compliance with applicable local laws, regulations and corporate requirements.
• 2. Establish and manage the EHSS and Loss Prevention audit and inspection framework, identify potential risks and compliance gaps, and follow up on corrective and preventive actions to drive continuous improvement.
• 3. Lead emergency response activities and workplace incident investigations, including root cause analysis, corrective action planning and follow-up until formal closure.
• 4. Work closely with operations and other relevant teams to ensure that EHSS and Loss Prevention requirements are properly incorporated into new site launches, new projects, operational changes and peak-season activities.
• 5. Provide professional EHSS and Loss Prevention guidance to operational teams and promote a strong safety and risk prevention culture across the organization.

Job Requirements

• 1. At least 3 years of relevant experience in Safety and/or Loss Prevention.
• 2. Good knowledge of French occupational health and safety, environmental, fire safety and loss prevention laws, regulations and compliance requirements.
• 3. Familiarity with the development and implementation of EHSS and Loss Prevention management systems, policies and procedures.
• 4. Basic knowledge of ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 management systems.
• 5. Fluency in both French and English is required. Proficiency in Chinese would be considered an advantage.
• 6. Experience in the logistics, warehousing, transportation, e-commerce or express delivery industry in France is preferred.
• 7. Strong communication, coordination, problem-solving and incident management skills, with the ability to work effectively with operational and cross-functional teams.
