Environment, Health and Safety Manager

The assignment involves conducting a comprehensive Process Safety Review (well pads, CPF, pipelines, processing plants, offshore platforms, and related installations).

Key responsibilities include:

• Assessing the process safety integrity of all installations, including equipment condition, design, structural integrity, and operational readiness.
• Reviewing key technical documentation such as PFDs, P&IDs, HAZID/HAZOP studies, SIL reports, fire and gas systems, maintenance and integrity management, MOC, LoTo, safety‑critical elements, corrosion control, and emergency systems.
• Evaluating organizational process safety, including operator and maintenance competencies, emergency preparedness, workforce training, human factors, alarm management, and emergency response procedures.
• Reviewing continuous improvement processes, including incident reporting, investigations, and management system audits.
• Providing recommendations to address identified weaknesses and improve overall process safety performance.

Candidate Profile:

• Engineering degree with at least 10 years' experience in Process Safety within the Oil & Gas industry.
• Proven experience conducting similar onshore and offshore process safety assessments.
