Entreprise Account Executive | FinTech / RegTech | 160K OTE
We're partnering with a high-growth, VC-backed startup in RegTech/Fintech.
Our client recently secured fresh backing from top-tier investors and is led by a commercially sharp founding team with deep product, sales, and compliance expertise. They’re now searching for their first Enterprise Account Executive to join their lean team in Paris.
What They’re Building
A next‑gen B2B identity & compliance platform helping financial institutions onboard businesses, manage risk, fight fraud, and stay compliant at scale.
Think: a unified “business identity engine” replacing slow, manual onboarding workflows with fast, automated, audit‑ready decisions.
Location
Paris, 2nd arrondissement. Hybrid / in‑office environment.
What You’ll Do
- Own the full enterprise sales cycle – from account strategy to close
- Run high‑value (€120K–€300K+) deals with complex, multi‑stakeholder environments (Risk, Compliance, COO, Tech, C‑Suite)
- Navigate long sales cycles (6–18 months) and lead the majority of deals via RFPs (public + private)
- Build airtight ROI narratives, influence senior decision‑makers, and drive enterprise expansion
- Shape the sales playbook for enterprise acquisition and GTM scale
- Partner tightly with Product, Marketing, and CS to refine positioning and win strategic accounts
Environment

Must‑Haves
- 5–10 years in B2B sales
- 2–3 years in enterprise sales with €100K+ deal sizes
- Strong experience with RFPs, complex buying committees & long cycles
- Track record selling a complex technical or compliance‑driven product
- Native French + fluent English
- Comfortable in a fast‑moving startup, high accountability environment
- Ambitious IC mindset
Nice‑to‑Haves
- Experience in compliance, AML/KYC, CDD, core banking, RegTech, IDV
- Existing network in banking or regulated financial services
Compensation
Base: €70–80K
OTE: €130–160K+ (uncapped)
