Are you a Shopify store owner looking to scale your business while gaining hands-on experience in running a multi-million-dollar eCommerce operation? CustomBoxes.io is seeking an Entrepreneur in Residence (EIR) to help with shipping/fulfillment, office management, social media growth, and various other aspects of running an eCommerce business. CustomBoxes.io is a small business that focuses on printing & agency services for SMBs and non-profits. We are professional, agile, innovative and our goal is to Help Small Business Grow Online All While Helping Reduce Impacts On The Environment.

About The Role

This is a unique opportunity for an entrepreneur who wants to see firsthand how a high-growth eCommerce company operates while using our assets - warehouse space, FedEx/UPS shipping contracts, agency partners, designers, and developers to grow their own brand(s) or contribute to one of our emerging brands:

• CustomBoxes.io - our main business focusing on helping SMBs grow their business through packaging and other means (80%)
• New Channels - grow our CustomBoxes.io in channels you love - TikTok, Etsy, Amazon, Wal-Mart, etc and earn up to 10% of revenue
• EcoPath.io (outdoor recreation equipment)
• UsedChefKnives.com (Pre-owned, high-quality kitchen knives)
• KarmaRocket.io (AI-driven marketing automation for SMBs/Non-Profits)
• SarasotaGrapevine.com (Local business and event directory)

Responsibilities

• Shipping & Fulfillment: Optimize packaging and shipping processes, ensuring cost efficiency and timely deliveries
• Office & Operations Management: Assist with inventory control, supplier coordination, warehouse organization and warehouse layout & logistics
• Social Media Growth & Marketing: Develop and execute marketing campaigns, content strategies, and community engagement to drive traffic and sales
• Business Growth & Strategy: Contribute to CustomBoxes.io’s expansion and explore growth opportunities for our brands
• Entrepreneurial Development: Leverage our resources to scale your own eCommerce venture or launch new initiatives

Who You Are

• A Shopify store owner or eCommerce entrepreneur looking to scale your business
• Passionate about logistics, fulfillment, and operational efficiency - ready to get hands on with operations (e.g. fulfilling orders)
• Desire to learn Adobe / creative aspects of the role
• Hands-on and eager to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
• Interested in learning from and contributing to a multi-million-dollar business
• Located in Sarasota, FL
