Enterprise Technical Success Manager

Youtrust in Paris is seeking a Technical Success Manager to own a portfolio of large B2B SaaS customers. You’ll act as the technical advisor, understand use cases and integrations, and drive renewals while uncovering new opportunities for Sales to close. Collaborate with Account Managers, Sales, Support and Product.

You will track usage, manage health signals, and escalate needs to improve value delivery while maintaining trust with decision-makers and technical contacts.
