Responsibilities

  • Spearhead strategic initiatives to expand market share and achieve revenue growth targets across France.
  • Manage, mentor, and foster the professional growth of a dynamic team of Enterprise Account Managers to ensure team success.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive account plans to acquire new clients and expand existing accounts.
  • Cultivate key customer relationships and orchestrate complex negotiations with C-level executives.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product leadership to align business programs with evolving market trends.

Requirements

  • Extensive knowledge of the construction, engineering, or AEC industries within the enterprise (€100m) market space.
  • Possesses a well-developed network of C-suite executives and key stakeholders in the construction sector.
  • 5+ years of proven success in an Enterprise Sales role with a track record of driving business outcomes.
  • Good leadership capabilities with a passion for team-building, coaching, and mentoring professionals.
  • Excellent negotiation and presentation skills, with total comfort engaging high-level executives.
  • Fluency in French along with advanced proficiency in English.
