Enterprise Sales Enablement Leader | MEDDPICC & Ramp

Brevo seeks a Senior Sales Enablement Manager to own the enablement program for the Enterprise GTM org, ramping new AEs and embedding MEDDPICC as the standard. This pivotal role builds scalable enablement from the ground up and partners across sales, product, and marketing.

You will design onboarding, content, and coaching programs, manage tools like Gong and CRM, and drive measurable KPI improvements—ramp time, win rate, forecast accuracy—while enabling leadership with data-backed insights.
