Enterprise Sales Enablement Lead — MEDDPICC & Ramp

Brevo is seeking a Senior Sales Enablement Manager for the Enterprise unit in Paris. You will own the enablement program, ramp new account executives quickly, and embed MEDDPICC as the standard.

You will design scalable processes, coach leaders, and ensure content is adopted across the ENT GTM organization. You will lead onboarding, coaching, and content strategy while partnering with enablement tools like Gong, Notion, CRM, and MAP templates to drive measurable outcomes.
