Enterprise SaaS CSM — Media Tech (Remote)

RedHolt in Paris, France, is seeking a proactive Customer Success Manager to own post-sales relationships with enterprise clients in a remote-friendly SaaS environment. You will oversee onboarding, adoption, renewals and growth across a portfolio.

You will collaborate with Sales, Product, Technology and Operations to ensure customers realise value and to feed product feedback. Fluency in English is required; French helpful.
