About The Role
Risk at Revolut operates across all functions, products, and regions to monitor front-line performance and ensure the business operates safely. They’re among the first to be involved in new initiatives, from tech to customer support.
We’re looking for an Enterprise Risk Manager to support the design and implementation of our risk management framework. You’ll take a global approach that factors in business strategy, board‑level risk appetite, and governance structure.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Supporting our risk governance processes
- Developing and maintaining cross‑functional elements of our risk management framework
- Leading, defining, and monitoring our risk appetite framework and risk profile through KRIs, incidents, and other risk monitoring tools
- Supporting the implementation of risk frameworks in our branches
- Developing and producing insightful management information
- Strengthening risk awareness and culture throughout the company
- Supporting regulatory engagement on risk function and risk management
What You’ll Need
- 4+ years of experience in enterprise risk management, covering both risk governance and policy writing
- A background in ERM within a bank or financial institution, where enterprise risk management is a core focus
- Familiarity with small, fast‑paced entities, such as fintech
- Foundational risk knowledge, covering areas like credit, financial, operational, and liquidity risks
- Familiarity with the regulatory environment for a French bank, specifically knowledge of the ACPR (French regulator) and the ECB (European regulator)
- Awareness of EBA guidelines on internal governance
- The ability to explain governance around the risk appetite statement, including its definition and validation up to the board of directors
- An analytical mindset with a proven ability to interpret and organise complex data
- An organisational and methodical approach with close attention to detail
- Impeccable problem‑solving and communication skills
Nice to have
- A degree or certification in risk management
- Experience in fintech
- Proficiency in SQL and business intelligence tooling
