Enterprise Hospitality Account Manager — Hybrid (Paris)

Lightspeed Commerce, Inc. is seeking an experienced Strategic Account Manager to manage our largest hospitality customers in France, with a focus on growth, product adoption, and long-term partnerships.

You will act as the primary contact for top enterprise clients, driving usage, retention, and executive-level engagement. You will plan quarterly business reviews, leverage usage data, and collaborate with Product, CS, Implementation, and Support teams to elevate the customer journey.
