Enterprise Customer Success Manager – Hybrid & Growth

LumApps is seeking an experienced Enterprise Customer Success professional to manage a portfolio of large accounts across the EMEA region. You will drive platform adoption, foster strong executive relationships, and coordinate with product and engineering teams to ensure successful outcomes.

You will partner with Account Managers on renewals, while identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities to grow revenue. The role is hybrid, with offices across Europe and global clients.
