We are looking for an experienced Enterprise Architect – Data, Integration & Business Transformation to define and drive our enterprise architecture strategy across data, integration, and business processes.
Working with business leaders, regional IT teams, and Data & Analytics organizations, you will support the modernization, harmonization, and digital transformation of Sonepar’s global operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and evolve Sonepar’s enterprise data architecture , governance, and standards.
- Lead the integration strategy , ensuring seamless connectivity across ERP, CRM, eCommerce, Supply Chain, Data and AI platforms.
- Support enterprise-wide business transformation and process optimization initiatives.
- Translate business priorities into target architecture roadmaps.
- Drive standardization, scalability, and interoperability across regions and business units.
- Influence senior stakeholders and collaborate with business, product, engineering, and technology teams.
What You'll Bring
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in Enterprise Architecture, Data Architecture, Integration Architecture, or business transformation roles.
- Strong expertise in enterprise data platforms, integration architectures, APIs, event-driven solutions, and cloud ecosystems.
- Solid understanding of business process architecture and transformation methodologies.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills, with the ability to bridge business and technology.
Nice to Have
- Experience in B2B distribution, retail, manufacturing, or supply chain environments.
- Familiarity with omnichannel commerce and customer experience ecosystems.
- Knowledge of TOGAF or other enterprise architecture frameworks.
- Hands-on experience with platforms such as Azure, SAP, MuleSoft, Kafka, Informatica, Snowflake, Databricks, Microsoft Fabric, or similar technologies.
- Exposure to AI-enabled transformation initiatives and modern data ecosystems.
Work Mode & Location
- Hybrid: 3 days in Paris (8ème) after the trial period
