You will be responsible for connecting our customers’ business needs with their IT strategy, using a range of architectural models and views to create a clear picture of how their requirements can be met in an agile, sustainable, and flexible way. You will work closely with customers to understand their unique challenges and use your expertise to develop a high-level enterprise-wide IT architecture that maps IT capabilities to business needs. You will be expected to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by providing comprehensive knowledge of our solutions offerings, strategies, and direction as it relates to the customer’s business, infrastructure, and industry. In addition to your technical skills, you will also need to be a skilled communicator, able to influence customers and sell our solutions using your in-depth knowledge of leading-edge technology solutions and your understanding of their business and industry. Required Technical and Professional Expertise
