Enterprise Accounts Associate

This description covers the Airbnb Hotels team and the role of Enterprise Accounts Associate, focused on supporting enterprise hotel groups and driving onboarding, rollout, and partnership success.

The Difference You will Make

As an Enterprise Accounts Associate, you will support the Enterprise Account Management team, oversee assigned projects, and support onboarding and day-to-day operations of a portfolio of hotel groups globally. You will contribute to strategic initiatives that drive partner success, including project management that involves collaboration with hotel group headquarters, regional teams, and cross-functional Airbnb groups. Projects will include onboarding/rollout of hotel groups, portfolio-level supply optimization, and platform education. A self-starter attitude and flexibility to move between client-facing discussions and operational project work are required to impact outcomes.

A Typical Day

• Take actions with hotel groups and internal teams to drive assigned projects forward
• Create and maintain well-organized and detailed tracking for assigned projects
• Call, email, and Zoom with stakeholders to accomplish project needs
• Manage relationships with hotel group stakeholders within the assigned portfolio
• Support scaled strategies to effectively manage and optimize hotel partners in the portfolio
• Educate partners on how HotelTonight and Airbnb platforms function
• Develop strong and long-lasting partnerships
• Respond to and deliver exceptional service in a timely and efficient manner
• Collaborate on cross-functional projects with teams in Hotel Connectivity, Product Management, Local Market Management, and other Airbnb departments
• Implement strategies to manage and optimize workflows
• Act as the front desk of HotelTonight and Airbnb to hotel group partners with a range of needs and triage as appropriate

Your Expertise

• 5+ years of experience in client-facing, cross-functional regional or global commercial teams
• 2+ years of hospitality/travel industry experience (preferred)
• Proficiency in English and the local language for the location/country
• Self-starter with a resourceful, get-it-done attitude
• Strong time management and prioritization skills
• Strong organizational skills for large-volume project work
• Proven ability to work at scale with partners to achieve short- and long-term objectives
• Proven stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills across organizational levels (in person, phone, email, Zoom)
• Team player willing to contribute to team success
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities, projects, and deadlines
• Passion for Airbnb, travel, and the sharing economy
• Goal-oriented, inputs-driven, and action-focused (high volume of calls and meetings)

The base pay range shown below is annualized, subject to change and may be modified in the future. The role may be eligible for bonus, equity, benefits, and Employee Travel Credits.
