Key Responsibilities
- Prospect for new clients via phone using tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator and our CRM to secure appointments
- Build relationships with industry freelancers to create business opportunities
- Develop sales action plans for major accounts in collaboration with the Key Account Manager, mapping challenges, decision‑makers, and conquest actions
- Assist in preparing client meetings, identifying key information about potential clients (project feasibility, size, sector, needs, stakes) and defining the objectives and key messages to convey
- Help clients search for freelancers and discover the best profiles in collaboration with the Sourcing team
- Collect and interpret client feedback to recommend platform improvements
- Collaborate with the product team on our CRM to improve team efficiency on a daily basis
- Support the negotiation of global agreements and responses to calls for tender together with the Key Account Manager
About You
- Currently enrolled in business school or similar, looking for a full‑time 6‑month internship starting in July 2026
- Previous experience in a B2B sales context is ideal
- Very proactive, organized, responsible, and autonomous
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build quality relationships with clients and freelancers
- Fluent in English; native level of French essential for this role
Interview Process
- First call in French with a Talent Acquisition team member to discuss background, aspirations, and answer questions (30 minutes)
- Interview with members of the Sales team to detail experience and the role (45‑60 minutes)
- Final interview with the Head of Sales of the department
- Profile validation and welcome to the Paris office in July 2026
