Role overview: The Enterprise Account Manager role focuses on growing New Business within existing customers in the France region. You will partner with the regional inside renewals team to upsell renewals and expand new business within accounts where the estate may be shrinking or stagnant. This is a consultative sales role focused on security cloud platform solutions and achieving revenue targets.
Responsibilities
- Grow New Business sales within existing customers in the France geography.
- Partner with the regional inside renewals team to upsell renewals and expand new business within accounts.
- Apply a consultative sales approach to position security cloud platform solutions and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.
- Collaborate with technical pre-sales and professional services teams to develop solutions and conduct workshops.
- Engage and present at multiple levels within an account, including board level.
- Develop account and opportunity plans to improve account strategy.
- Build relationships with channel and service partners to develop strategic agreements.
- Manage the sales CRM tool and produce weekly, accurate forecasting.
- Engage senior executives as required within assigned accounts.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the security market and meet training targets to understand products, processes, and promotions to provide high levels of sales support.
About you / Qualifications
- Fluent in French and English.
- Understand the security market and trends affecting business and IT/security, especially as enterprises migrate to the cloud and undergo digital transformations.
- Experience working in a matrixed organization with split New/Renew responsibilities.
- Experience turning distressed accounts into top-producing customers with new business and renewal growth.
- Experience achieving pipeline goals and transforming a brand to be exciting to do business with.
- Proven ability to earn trusted status with partners to leverage the broader community for Trellix’s success.
- Experience forecasting, driving linearity, and delivering weekly revenue updates.
- Experience building relationships with senior cyber management up to C-level within client organizations.
- Ability to engage Presales technical and professional services early in the sales cycle.
- Experience working with Channel and System Integrators.
