Hightouch is looking for a Strategic Account Executive to join our Southern Europe team
As part of our small but growing EMEA team, you’ll play a key role in expanding our presence across the region
We’re a small, high-impact team looking for someone with at least 4 years of enterprise sales experience who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments
Responsibilities

- The right candidate is someone with a proven track record of closing complex deals who’s excited to build their career with a fast-growing startup
- Ability to thrive in ambiguity and adapt to an ever-changing environment
- Intellectual curiosity, high ambition, and humility
- Experience navigating complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise deals
- Experience selling to marketing and data personas
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English & French
- 4+ years of enterprise sales experience in martech and/or data infrastructure
- Proven success in building a pipeline through strategic outbound and land-and-expand motions
- Self-starter mentality with the ability to work autonomously while collaborating across regions
- Strong discovery skills and ability to build executive-level relationships
- Track record of consistently exceeding quota in a high-growth startup environment
- Familiarity with the modern data stack (CDPs, data warehouses, reverse ETL, Agentic Marketing)
- Experience selling in Southern European markets
