Enterprise Account Executive - Paris

We are looking for a Senior Sales Executive to lead enterprise‑level sales in the French market for Insider One, a rapidly growing MarTech platform. This role requires a strong hunter mindset, driving the full sales cycle, and engaging with clients across retail, finance, automotive, telecom, and travel to grow revenue.

Using our product of choice, you will build relationships with key decision makers, present solutions, and work cross‑functionally with Marketing, Sales Ops, Sales Engineering, and Sales Enablement.

What You Will Do

  • Own overall sales performance, including driving growth and consistently hitting/exceeding annual sales targets
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and outreach to demos, negotiations, and closing deals
  • Provide hands‑on support and mentorship to the SDR team, helping generate qualified opportunities and build strong pipelines through creative outbound strategies
  • Communicate Insider One’s value proposition with impact, crafting compelling proposals and presentations; ensure partners benefit fully from commercial offerings (e.g., free trials, tailored programs)
  • Act as the market expert, sharing insights on trends, unmet needs, competitive landscape, and opportunities to extend company offerings
  • Identify emerging markets and shifts, advising the team on how to position Insider One for maximum impact
  • Design and execute new sales initiatives, strategies, and programs aimed at capturing key demographics and accelerating growth
  • Deliver clear, accurate sales reports and forecasts to the management team
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing, Sales Operations, Sales Engineering, and Sales Enablement, ensuring alignment and support throughout the sales cycle
  • Maintain precise, real‑time forecasting and pipeline hygiene, balancing persistence and adaptability to ensure sustainable, repeatable success

What You Will Need

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Minimum 4 years of quota‑carrying sales experience, preferably in SaaS or MarTech
  • Strong understanding of market research, sales methodologies, and negotiation principles
  • Excellent communication skills in English & French – strong writing, speaking, phone presence, and active listening
  • A naturally tech‑savvy mindset, with a passion for exploring solutions, tools, and innovative approaches
  • Proven ability to work cross‑functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teamsExceptional project and time management skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic, startup‑like environment
  • Experience working with retail, finance, automotive, telecom, or travel industries is a strong plus
