Work Environment

Location: Lyon, Paris or Barcelona. Regular travel is expected: about four times per year to our headquarters in Lyon and once a month within Italy.
Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Account Executive for the Italian market to build a network of B2B partners and accelerate growth. Reporting to the Head of B2B Sales, you will identify and educate businesses on SanteVet, promote its value proposition among distributors such as Employee Benefits, Retailers, and E‑Merchants, and represent the brand across Europe.
Responsibilities
- Develop your own pipeline, mastering cold calling & emailing C‑Level personas and following a structured commercial routine.
- Manage the complete sales cycle at enterprise company levels (>1bn€ revenues and 5k+ employees) from prospecting to contract signature, contacting C‑Levels and strategic decision makers at the European level.
- Iterate sales pitches using a consultative, solutions‑focused approach and ensure consistent use of our sales methodology.
- Negotiate and close annual contract value (ACV) from 200k€ to over 1m€, with a sales cycle of more than six months.
- Participate in cross‑market projects with Marketing and Commercial teams.
- Ensure proper follow‑up of commercial proposals and respond to tenders for both private and public sectors.
- Represent SanteVet at trade shows and conferences across Europe as exhibitor and/or visitor.
Qualifications
- Fluent in Italian and English (C1 minimum).
- Proven sales experience with a strong track record in enterprise‑level sales.
- At least three years of B2B tech experience, selling software, services or solutions to enterprise clients (revenues >€100m).
- Understanding of Retail, HR, Banking, or Insurance sectors is an advantage. Tech orientation.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, able to build trust and understand client needs.
- Ability to build and nurture long‑lasting client relationships.
- Strategic thinking and ability to develop account plans driving revenue growth and new business opportunities.
- Strong ability to identify and address client pain points and propose innovative solutions.
- Comfort presenting complex products or services clearly and compellingly.
- Familiarity with the MEDDICC methodology.
