Our client is a recognised pioneer in helping some of the world’s largest industrial organisations accelerate digital transformation through innovative software solutions. Their technology enables manufacturers and industrial enterprises to optimise operations, improve efficiency, drive sustainability initiatives, and unlock greater value from their most critical assets and processes.

As part of their continued growth, they are looking to hire an exceptional Enterprise Account Executive to manage and grow relationships with some of their largest and most strategic manufacturing customers across France.

This is a high-impact role for an experienced enterprise sales professional who understands the complexities of selling sophisticated software solutions into industrial environments. You will work with major manufacturing organisations, engaging with senior stakeholders to understand business challenges, develop strategic account plans, and position technology solutions that deliver measurable operational outcomes.

Key responsibilities

  • Own and develop strategic relationships with large enterprise customers within the manufacturing sector
  • Drive complex, consultative sales cycles from initial engagement through to successful closure
  • Build strong relationships with senior business and technology stakeholders, including C-level executives
  • Identify new opportunities within existing accounts while developing new enterprise relationships
  • Partner closely with technical, marketing, and customer success teams to deliver compelling solutions aligned to customer needs
  • Develop account strategies that maximise long-term growth and customer value
  • Manage enterprise negotiations and navigate complex procurement processes

What we are looking for

  • Proven experience selling enterprise software solutions into industrial environments
  • Strong background in SaaS sales, ideally within industrial software, manufacturing technology, or related sectors
  • Demonstrable success managing complex, high-value enterprise sales cycles
  • Deep understanding of the manufacturing landscape and the challenges faced by industrial organisations
  • Experience engaging with multiple stakeholders across business and technical functions
  • A consultative sales approach with the ability to create value beyond the technology itself
  • Strong commercial acumen, communication skills, and a track record of achieving revenue targets
