Enterprise Account Executive (Iberia & LATAM)

This position is based in Paris, Madrid or Barcelona and will cover the Iberia (Spain & Portugal) and Latin America territories.

About Your Team And Your Mission

Our typical customers are companies with hundreds to thousands of developers leveraging SaaS applications, cloud infrastructures, or internal microservices, and are mature on DevOps and cloud adoption. Our sales team includes 8 Account Executives, 4 Sales Engineers and 2 Account Managers. The team speaks native English, is highly technical, and reports to the Sales Manager for EMEA. Note that if you are in Spain, the employment will be done through our EOR partner.

Your Main Missions

• Handle the entire sales cycle from prospecting (50% of your week) to building strong relationships with company stakeholders and closing deals (other 50%).
• Understand and demonstrate our products to prospects.
• Adapt your communication for high-level security professionals (CISOs, CTOs, VPs).
• Use modern sales tools to map, prospect, follow and close accounts.
• Reach and exceed your sales quota to make a strong impact on GitGuardian expansion in Europe.

About You

• Speak natively in Spanish.
• Speak fluently in English.
• Be autonomous as an Account Executive within a complex B2B sales cycle, over mid-market, corporate or enterprise prospects (long cycles of 6+ months and multiple stakeholders).
• Have strong pipeline-generation skills to build your portfolio from scratch.
• Know how to size deals and assess client needs with a strong methodology, prioritising prospects.
• Have experience selling software to developers, security or dev-ops engineers, and understand CI/CD and the software development lifecycle in a large company.
• Be curious and willing to learn; GitGuardian will provide training to quickly onboard you with our products and how to sell them.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of the DevSecOps or application security industry and its tools.
• Speak fluently in Portuguese to oversee the Brazilian territory.
