The Account Executive (Enterprise) Job

We’re expanding our Sales team in France and are looking for a full‑stack Enterprise Sales person to engage with prospects and turn them into happy customers. You will focus on very large companies from Tech, Syntec, HCR, and B2B services, interacting with everyone from HR executives to CEOs.

  • HR priorities : Increasing productivity, obtaining fair and competitive pricing, contributing to employee well‑being through customised health plans, simplifying HR processes with digital platforms, and managing change when implementing new health insurance.
  • Critical business characteristics : Requires breadth and depth of expertise to navigate complex organisations, account‑based strategies with key‑account management, early engagement in company roadmaps, face‑to‑face meetings, co‑creation of insurance and digital products, and the ability to work through RFPs.

What you will do

Own the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, with companies that have more than 3,000 employees, including all CAC40 companies.

  • Drive deals and close strategic opportunities with prospects.
  • Educate prospects, provide inspiring product demos, and onboard key stakeholders to ensure a seamless transition from prospect to customer.
  • Apply the Alan Smart & Soft selling method to create a pleasant and delightful prospect experience.
  • Help grow and improve the company by challenging product and strategy and contributing to initiatives that expand our customer base.

Who we’re looking for

  • At least 8 years of experience managing the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing.
  • Full working proficiency in French (C2+) and an advanced level in English.
  • Highly organized with exceptional follow‑up skills.
  • Empathy and passion for understanding and solving prospects' problems.
  • Strong influence skills through persuasion, negotiation, and consensus‑building.
  • Deep understanding of value drivers in recurring revenue business models.
  • Great attitude and ability to collaborate in a small team.
  • Eager to learn fast and make an impact from day one.
  • Based in or willing to relocate to Paris or Bordeaux, and willing to travel regularly to Paris.
