Enterprise Account Executive - AI / DeepTech
Preference for someone based in Paris but open to remote, with regular visits to Paris office

Dataworks is partnering with one of Europe’s fastest-growing AI and DeepTech companies to hire an Enterprise Account Executive for the French market.
Founded less than 10 years ago and already recognized globally as a major player in AI infrastructure and optimization, the company is scaling aggressively across Europe following exceptional commercial growth and significant institutional backing.
This is not a traditional SaaS sales role.
The company is looking for someone who has already operated inside a high-growth AI or deep-tech environment, selling highly consultative and technically complex solutions into large enterprise accounts, often before the market was fully mature.
You will own the French market as a senior individual contributor, working directly with enterprise executives across sectors such as banking, insurance, manufacturing, telecom, energy and industrials.
The environment is fast-moving, international and highly entrepreneurial, with strong autonomy and direct exposure to leadership.
Responsibilities
- Own the full enterprise sales cycle from strategic discovery through closing and expansion
- Build and develop relationships with C-level stakeholders (CEO, CTO, CIO, CDO, CFO)
- Drive complex, high-value enterprise engagements with long sales cycles and multiple stakeholders
- Develop and execute a go-to-market strategy for France across targeted verticals
- Identify and open new enterprise accounts from scratch
- Work closely with technical and research teams to shape bespoke AI solutions and business cases
- Represent the company at industry events, executive meetings and strategic ecosystem discussions
- Manage rigorous pipeline forecasting and CRM discipline
- Act as a trusted advisor on AI transformation and enterprise innovation
Qualifications
- Experience within an AI, deep-tech or highly technical scale-up environment
- Proven track record closing enterprise deals with individual deal sizes around €500K+
- Experience generating and closing new business rather than managing inherited accounts
- Strong enterprise sales capabilities within complex consultative environments
- Ability to navigate long and sophisticated enterprise buying cycles
- Native-level French and fluent English
- Comfortable operating in an autonomous, high-growth and resource-constrained environment
- Strong executive presence and communication skills
Package
- Base salary around €100K
- Strong uncapped commission structure
- Hybrid setup with regular presence in Paris expected
