Role Overview
Elastic is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to drive net‑new revenue and expansion within Enterprise Accounts across an assigned territory, progressing complex sales cycles and advising clients on how to use Elastic’s AI‑powered data platform.
What You Will Be Doing
- Drive adoption of Elastic’s AI‑powered search solutions, observability and security offerings within new and existing Enterprise accounts.
- Act as a trusted advisor to help users harness search analytics and turn data into actionable insights.
- Communicate cloud economics, usage‑based pricing and modern data architectures to position Elastic as the platform of choice.
- Solve complex data challenges for customers beyond simple transactions.
- Articulate the value of commercial features while championing Elastic’s Open‑Source offerings.
- Showcase new use cases that enable customers to work more efficiently and intelligently.
- Develop comprehensive business plans leveraging community, customer, and partner ecosystems to drive significant territory growth.
- Identify new opportunities and manage complex sales cycles from prospecting to closing.
- Use frameworks such as MEDDPICC to discover pain points, business impact, budget, and decision criteria.
- Partner with Solutions Architects, Customer Success, Marketing, and RevOps to accelerate deals and achieve exceptional customer outcomes.
What You Bring
- High‑level technical curiosity paired with a value‑based selling mindset.
- Proven success in SaaS subscription sales to Enterprise accounts, repeatedly exceeding targets.
- Ability to craft tailored narratives linking Elastic’s technical capabilities (search, observability, security) to measurable business outcomes.
- Executive negotiation and closing experience for high‑stakes contracts.
- Technical and cloud fluency across security, observability, vector/traditional search, and cloud cost optimization.
- Strong relationship‑building skills with both technical and executive audiences.
- Accurate forecasting and close‑plan discipline with a collaborative approach to sales forecasting.
- Skill at aligning cross‑functional teams to accelerate deal flow.
- AI mindset that leverages emerging technologies for performance advantage.
- Enthusiasm for Open‑Source and the community surrounding Elastic solutions.

Compensation
Compensation for this role is a base salary plus a variable component. The typical starting On‑Target Earnings range (Base Salary + Variable) for this role is €157,000—€248,400 EUR.
