Role Overview

Dataiku is looking for an experienced Enterprise Account Executive to join our team. This individual contributor role focuses on engaging prospects and customers about their initiatives, helping them develop more efficient approaches using our platform.

Responsibilities

• Manage the entire sales cycle and own a territory with prospects and customers across a variety of industries.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with colleagues in marketing, product management, and sales engineering.
• Showcase the business value of Dataiku’s platform (DSS) to enterprise customers.

Qualifications

• 10+ years experience in software field sales.
• Strong belief in a customer‑centric selling philosophy and applying a consultative approach in customer interactions.
• Background in selling innovation and new concepts to large enterprises.
• Strong ability to develop a vision match with prospects and customers, to develop alignment across different groups and cultivate champions.
• Good articulation of competitive positioning.
• Comfortable traveling 30 to 50%.
• Desired skills: experience in data—big data, analytics, data science, BI/DW, data integration.
• Early start‑up experience is a plus!

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive base salary in the range of $145,000–$150,000 USD for US‑only national positions. Compensation is determined during the interview process and may include commission or other variable components through Dataiku’s incentive compensation program.
