Engineering Team Lead, DevEx & Platform Tools

Mistral is seeking a senior leader to drive developer experience and infrastructure initiatives. You will balance hands-on coding with strategic leadership to deliver high-quality tooling, CI/CD improvements, and scalable platforms across our AI Studio, Le Chat, and Mistral Vibe products.

The role requires 5+ years in DevEx/DevOps, a Master’s degree, and strong scripting and IaC skills. You will mentor engineers, collaborate with product and design teams, and shape how we build at scale.
