Overview
Contribute to operational performance by providing technical support for OTIS spare parts and ensuring the reliability of associated data.
Analyze technical requests and formalize appropriate responses (for customers, suppliers, internal teams).
Research technical information to identify parts and handle requests.
Lead analysis of performance indicators (response times, conversion rates, request typologies).
Propose improvement actions: standardization of items, optimization of supplier selection, enhancement of technical data, etc.
Assume responsibility for the ETQ scope and monitor product compliance for items overseen by WHQ.
Qualifications
- Education: Bac+2 to Bac+5 (IUT / IUP) in electrotechnical engineering, mechanical engineering, or industrial methods
- 5–10 years of experience in a technical environment (technical support, engineering, methods, drafter/designer, foreman, etc.)
- Good knowledge of engineering environments
- Strong understanding of spare parts management and obsolescence issues
- Familiarity with modernization kits/packages
- Experience managing technical databases and performing data analysis
