Your responsibilities

The Technical Team Leader coordinates the work of the technical staff to ensure the proper functioning of all building systems and installations. Acting as a link between technical management and operational needs, you ensure quality, safety, and responsiveness.

Team management & coordination Supervise, lead, and support the technical teamOrganise and schedule preventive and corrective maintenance workAllocate tasks based on operational prioritiesCo-lead daily team meetingsSupervise external service providers

Operational & technical duties Participate in technical interventions and ensure quality controlMonitor and adjust maintenance schedulesEnsure all equipment and installations are in proper working conditionMaintain technical tools and equipment

Quality, safety & compliance Ensure compliance with procedures, deadlines, and quality standardsGuarantee adherence to safety, hygiene, and environmental regulationsEnsure all installations comply with current legal requirements

Communication & continuous improvement Provide reporting to technical managementCollaborate with other hotel departments (Reception, F&B, Housekeeping, etc.)Propose and implement maintenance improvement initiativesAdapt to technological updates and new equipment

Your profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in hospitality
• Strong team spirit
• Initiative, autonomy, and strong organisational skills
• Discretion, good observation and listening skills
• Proven leadership and team management abilities
• CAP/BEP in electrical engineering and/or plumbing is an advantage
