Them come join us and measure the impact of your talent and energy in realizing an ambitious and sustainable company project!#IWorkForAllForGoodEngineering Project Manager MAIN MISSIONSIn line with the industrial policy determined by the Group, the Engineering Project Manager will lead all engineering projects within their activity scope while respecting the Cost / Quality / Time / Safety / Environment standards.
You will be attached to the Corporate Engineering teams.
Your primary missions will include:Studies / Designs / Implementation
Challenge the client’s needs:Conduct or commission design studies to propose costed solutions for carrying out engineering projects.
Prepare technical documentation and draft functional and analyze bids.
Coordinate execution.
Anticipate risks that may arise during all project phases.
Ensure compliance with process standards.
Organization / Planning
Structure projects (methods, management tools…) and define rules of operation to execute work under optimal safety, quality, and cost conditions.
Ensure coordination between the stakeholders involved (suppliers, clients…).
Organize and lead meetings with project stakeholders according to project phases to make decisions and allocate resources.
Define objectives and deadlines for task completion.
Ensure the technical solution, budget, and project deadlines are met.
Coordinate the execution of work by all contractors with the support of site technical teams (internal or external).
Ensure the transfer of equipment ownership to the production & maintenance service.
Provide technical expertise and support to factories.
Participate in progress plans/design reviews with suppliers and factories (continuous improvement).
PROFILEWith an engineering background, you have at least 5 years of professional experience in process engineering within an operational plant, an engineering company, or a design office.
Proficiency in French and English is of the rules and quality standards of an agri-food environment would be an advantage.
