Location

Boulogne‑Billancourt, Paris. International travel required, including two months from May to July 2027.

Contract Type

CDD, September 2026 to July 2027.

Role Summary

Engineering Project Coordinator supporting the Engineering team across multiple international projects, from preparation through to live event delivery. The role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced, live‑event environment and enjoys detailed coordination.

Responsibilities

• Support the Engineering Project Manager with day‑to‑day coordination, planning, administration, and logistics.
• Ensure clear and constant communication across the Engineering team, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
• Anticipate next steps and proactively follow up to keep projects moving forward.
• Coordinate project tools, schedules, and reporting across multiple events.
• Work closely with HR, Finance, Logistics and suppliers to ensure operational alignment.
• Support staffing plans, on‑site delivery, and post‑event follow‑up.
• Ensure deadlines are met and standards remain consistently high.

• Strong organisational and prioritisation skills, comfortable managing multiple deadlines.

• Experience as a team coordinator.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal and organisational skills.
• Experience in international, multi‑stakeholder environments is a plus.
