Engineering Manager, Telemetry & Sensitive Data Scanner

Datadog, based in Paris, seeks an Engineering Manager to lead the Sensitive Data Scanner Telemetry team. You will guide real-time detection across logs, APM, and RUM pipelines, partnering with product and trust teams to align roadmaps while remaining hands-on in design and on-call rotation.

You’ll recruit and mentor engineers as the team scales. You will shape the team’s growth and culture within Datadog’s security and observability space, balancing customer impact with technical excellence.
