Engineering Manager, SRE & Observability Leadership

Doctolib is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead an SRE team focused on platform reliability and observability. You will grow and guide a group of Site Reliability Engineers, ensuring the platform remains reliable and scalable across Europe, supporting hundreds of thousands of users daily.

You will work in the Platform Engineering group, balancing people leadership with deep technical ownership, partnering with product and engineering teams to enable safe, rapid delivery.
