Engineering Manager – Infrastructure, SRE

• Lead and support engineers, ensuring delivery aligns with technical and business priorities
• Participate in recruitment, onboarding, and development of infrastructure talent
• Drive the evolution of cloud and infrastructure architecture
• Define technical priorities across reliability, scalability, security, and cost efficiency
• Promote automation, resilience, observability, and operational excellence
• Contribute to the medium- and long-term technology roadmap
• Guide decisions around software platforms, security protocols, and scaling strategies
• Coordinate SRE and reliability initiatives across the organization
• Improve engineering practices, technical standards, and knowledge sharing

Requirements

• More than 5 years of relevant infrastructure / platform / SRE experience
• At least 4 years of experience managing or operationally leading technical teams
• Strong experience designing and optimizing complex cloud architectures for high-volume or business-critical systems
• Advanced knowledge of Infrastructure as Code and automation
• Strong hands-on knowledge of Unix/Linux environments
• Experience with virtualization, containerization, and serverless infrastructure
• Strong understanding of CI/CD, observability, monitoring, and production reliability
