Crew Lead, Acquisition Funnel

We are looking for a technical manager to lead the Acquisition Funnel crew (~8 engineers). The role involves organizing work, ensuring output, and contributing 40% of your time to individual contributions.

What you’ll build and who you’ll work with

• Website: Build and optimize alan.com, the high‑traffic platform where millions discover and become members.
• Marketing Engine: Power up acquisition channels (paid, SEO, etc.) and scale campaigns across France, Spain, Belgium, and Canada.
• Self‑Serve Flow: Develop conversion experiences from discovery to signup.
• Business initiatives: Support partnership integrations, accountant tools, referral systems, brand campaigns, and infrastructure used across the company.

You will collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Research, Product (Engineering, Data, PM, Design).

• 6+ years of engineering experience.
• Experience leading teams.

• Strong web applications build and shipping experience.

• Self‑starting, entrepreneurial, humble, collaborative.
• English working proficiency.
