Engineering Manager, DevX & Platform Delivery

Datadog seeks an Engineering Manager for Developer Experience, Performance, and Release teams. You will lead multiple engineering teams, shape the roadmap for developer productivity, and own the release experience.

You will partner with product, infrastructure, and CI teams to improve workflows and scale CI/CD systems across growing environments. You are a seasoned people manager with a track record of roadmap delivery, system design, and cross-team collaboration, with bonus exposure to internal
