Engineering Leader: Scale Health Tech Teams (Remote)

Alan is building a global leading company in prevention insurance, hiring across France, Spain, Belgium, and Canada. You will lead 6–15 engineers, bridging technology and member impact, shaping technical direction, talent density, and cross‑functional collaboration.
