Engineering Leader — Grow High‑Impact Health Tech Teams

Alan is building the new standard in prevention insurance and is growing rapidly in France. You’ll lead 6-15 engineers across multiple crews, collaborating with product managers, designers, support operations, and data scientists to bridge technology and member impact.

You’ll set technical direction, hire and coach talent, foster collaboration, and align with product partners while balancing debt with features.
