Key Responsibilities

Technical Leadership

• Own the technical direction and architecture for the squad’s scope, ensuring it aligns with company‑wide engineering principles and system design
• Champion engineering good practices by writing, reviewing, and maintaining high‑quality and tested code

Squad Enablement

• Work closely with Product Management to transform product requirements into well‑architected technical solutions, proactively surfacing trade‑offs that will support decision making
• Drive sprint execution by supporting the engineering team in successfully delivering their sprint goals
• Mentor other engineers to continuously grow their technical skills
• Be accountable for squad delivery
