Engineering Director, AI-Native Platform (Remote)

Groupe Faubourg seeks a senior software engineering leader to design and drive UFM, the platform replacing five legacy systems for around 400,000 contracts across six countries. You will collaborate with developer/product builder pairs on a shared platform, while remaining hands-on in architecture and coding decisions.

You will gradually scale the engineering organisation from the founding team to a programme of about 30 people, implementing AI-native approaches and a lean governance model.
