Job Overview

This is a client‑facing technical role connected to our Colmar site, supporting international customers across Europe, the Maghreb region, and Turkey. The focus is on technical support, troubleshooting, audits, client visits, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Full‑time annual base pay in France ranges between 52,000 EUR and 64,000 EUR, depending on experience, qualifications, and expected contribution.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary technical point of contact for clients, delivering high‑quality support remotely and on site
  • Travel (~50%) to customer locations across Europe, the Maghreb and Turkey to support installations, operations, and troubleshooting
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long‑term satisfaction and collaboration
  • Support audits, client visits, and technical discussions as a subject‑matter expert
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (Quality, Production, MSAT, Project Management) to meet client expectations
  • Ensure all activities comply with GMP, safety, and regulatory standards
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and share best practices across teams

Qualifications

  • Experience in a technical role within pharmaceutical, biotech, or other regulated environments
  • Strong client‑facing and communication skills across diverse cultures and regions
  • Fluency in French, English, and Turkish (written and spoken)
  • Ability and willingness to travel internationally up to 50% of the time
  • Solid understanding of GMP and quality standards
  • Strong problem‑solving skills, autonomy, and adaptability in a dynamic environment
  • Background in Life Sciences, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
