Qualifications and Knowledge

• A minimum requirement of a Bachelor’s degree at a nationally recognised / certified University in a related discipline and 2 years of post‑related experience, or alternatively, at least 6 years of progressive expertise in duties related to the function of the post.
• At least 2 years' experience designing, implementing, managing, and optimizing collaboration tools and platforms within a digital ecosystem of an organization.
• Experience deploying communication and collaboration software such as video conferencing systems, team messaging applications, and document sharing platforms.
• Experience with collaboration solutions from major vendors like Cisco, Poly, and Pexip.
• Qualification of Cisco Certified Network Professional Collaboration (CCNP Collaboration).
• Experience with monitoring platforms and protocols such as CA Spectrum, nGenius One, SNMPv3, Syslog, etc.

Desirable

• Experience with collaboration solutions from major vendors like Cisco, Poly, and Pexip.
• Qualification of Cisco Certified Network Professional Collaboration (CCNP Collaboration).
• Experience with monitoring platforms and protocols such as CA Spectrum, nGenius One, SNMPv3, Syslog, etc.

Duties / Role

• Performing service continuity improvement tasks on the NATO voice & VTC infrastructures.
• Supporting innovation efforts related to voice and video conferencing technology.
• Working with the project management team and providing technical support to projects to enhance and improve the existing infrastructure and services.
