Your Role :
- Responsible for the overall integrity and coherence of the program.
- Effective coordination of the overall program management, inter-dependencies, including oversight of risks and issues.
- Experience managing large-scale, transaction-intensive, 24x7, multi-site, international operations with state-of-the-art infrastructure and '4 9s' (99.99%) or above SLA, including responsibilities of 24x7 monitoring, Incident, Change & ITIL Processes.
- Performance management, including setting indicators, financial follow-up (revenue, costs, invoicing), identifying deviations, and implementing corrective plans.
- Ensuring effective quality assurance and the overall integrity of the program, focusing on internal consistency and coherence with infrastructure planning and technical standards.
- Coordination of new capabilities for the business to enable effective change and realization of projected benefits.
- Working full-time on the program to maintain focus, enthusiasm, and momentum.
- Building and managing senior client relationships, including managing expectations, communications, and escalations.
- Ensuring an appropriate project management framework is in place, including review processes if required.
- Securing internal resources and expertise as needed, such as appointing professional advisers.
- Implementing a communication plan with all stakeholders, including customers, sales teams, project teams, and TCS management.
Your profile :
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in IT, involved in various phases of complex technical projects from design to implementation.
- Mastery of the AGILE methodology with practical implementation experience.
- Knowledge of Public, Private, and Hybrid cloud concepts.
- Proven expertise in customer relationship management, including conflict resolution, contractual management, and mission oversight.
- Team-oriented with strong analytical, synthesis, and communication skills.
